Taking care of our hair

Simple methods and tricks to take care of our hair.

Sometimes we forget the simplest things and take care of our hair every day of the most common habits becomes a forgotten task.

Not only chemical treatments and relaxers straightening can damage our hair, something as simple as the way you brush, when and how we do is very important. Also as washing your head and use proper shampoo are some of the most basic things we forget.

When we wash our hair we recommend you leave it to dry naturally before making a ponytail or other hairstyle, if you prefer to straighten the hair or just rush the process, for then we should not get too dryer hair to prevent it drying it out or damage with a high temperature, for best care, it is more beneficial to alternate hot and cold temperature.


Collect the hair while still wet or very wet this is not recommended, when washing hair absorbs water, which penetrates the hair cuticle and make increase in diameter, so leaving the components that are more loose and not as compact as when the hair is dry and so the hair is much more sensitive to any bad treatment we give it.

Go to bed with wet hair is not recommended either for the same reason explained plus moisture is harmful, our hair will become dull and weak causing hair loss. Also be combed after sleep can be complicated and should be done with much care or it will damage the hair.

Is also very beneficial to brush several time a day, preferably with a wide bristle brush which will help us more easily resulting in a stronger and shiny hair.

Also massage the scalp during the shampoo is very important to activate circulation, your hair will grow healthier and stronger.

Take special care when we apply conditioner or masks, poor rinsing can make our hair look dull and lifeless, so we must ensure either rinse with water without leaving any waste.

Not to abuse of chemicals such as  gels, sprays, mousses or leave them set for long time, these products weaken the hair follicle and can cause loss hair or alopecia.
