Milk has nutrients needed to rejuvenate the face and has been used for centuries for beauty treatments. Lactic acid has exfoliating properties that act without irritating the skin and its fat content helps to hydrate it.
It can be used individually or with other ingredients, in any case will bring multiple benefits and help to balance the PH of your skin. It is recommended to mix it whit a little warm water and apply it on sensitive skins or with problems of eczema and psoriasis.
For oily skins it is recommended to mix warm milk with flour to form a paste, apply and let dry as a mask, then remove with cold water.
To reduce wrinkles, boil the milk to get cream, mix it with rose water and honey, let it act for 15 minutes and rinse. Also acts as a cleansing agent, wet a cotton ball and rub it on the skin to remove make-up and debris, rinse with cold water and dry well.
Another remedy is to mix 3 tablespoons of milk with five tablespoons of honey and two droops of essential oil of rose, apply on the skin of your face and neck. Leave it to act for 20 minutes and then rinse with warm water. This mask will help to rejuvenate the skin and is ideal for dry and oily skin.
Mix a tablespoon of milk, honey and lemon juice and let it act for a few minutes before rinsing. This mask will allow you to rejuvenate dry skin and restore its luster
