Fruits´s properties for the skin and the hair

Health and beauty through fruits.



The fruits have a high moisturizing power and are an excellent source of water and therefore very beneficial to our body and is a food that should never be missing in our diet.

We should eat fruit every day, from 3 to 6 servings to have a radiant skin. .All fruits play an important role in our daily diet, but some have more specific benefits for the health of the skin.

 

The apple prevents and fights wrinkles because they are high in vitamins and citric acid.

Mango is an excellent blood purifier.

Watermelon and cantaloupe are fruits with a high water content and have a great moisturizing power.

Banana is rich in vitamins and minerals , so it is very beneficial for healthy skin.

Orange has a lots of vitamin C and fiber, is very moisturizing and antioxidant.

Lemon for its high content of vitamin C helps in better capillary circulation and strengthens the cells walls.The lemon helps to refresh and rejuvenate the skin.

Nuts provide vitamin E , is an important antioxidant against free radicals.

Figs is a cleansing fruit to helps cleanse the intestines, provides vitamin B3 and help to have a smooth , clean and bright skin.


Red fruits are excellent antioxidants that help fight free radicals, the main cause of disease and aging.

To look healthy and rejuvenated skin is necessary to consume enough vitamins and minerals, especially vitamins A, C and E and group B, and some important minerals like , iron and zinc, these are essential for the maintenance and health skin, Hair and Nails.

We should not forget to incorporate vegetables that are very necessary to our diet and also provide important vitamins and minerals.
